Fast Break Youth Basketball is a year round open registration basketball training program for boys and girls ages 6–17. The Skill Development Program focuses on ball handling, shooting, passing, footwork, and strength and conditioning, and Skill Development is required to be eligible for the league and certain clinics. The F.B.Y.B. League is offered in the spring and fall with three divisions for ages 6–8, 9–11, and 12 and up, and everyone plays in the league.

In league play, the program teaches motion offense, Laker cuts, dribble hand off, screen and roll, basket cuts, man to man and zone defense concepts, and inbound plays. Shooting clinics focus on shooting mechanics and move from one-handed form shooting to shooting off the dribble or pass, and Shooting & Ball Handling Clinics use a 5:1 coach to player ratio. Friday Night League scrimmages include games that are paused for real-time teaching, and players gain competitive game experience in the gym with an experienced coaching staff.

The Travel Ball Program is advanced only and AAU level, with 10u through 16u teams that play primarily in the Inland Empire and Orange County throughout the year, and travel ball requires a tryout. Travel Ball practice days and times are listed as to be announced.
