Hola Spanish Immersion Escuelita offers summer camp sessions where children explore Spanish-speaking countries through music, art, games, and storytelling. Camp days include learning about different dances, learning about music, and learning about games around the world, along with movement, music, and performance. Participants also spend time with stories, games, reading, writing, and hands-on activities that use a play-based approach where games are used as tools to highly encourage children to speak Spanish in a relaxed and enjoyable way.

The program runs weekly sessions such as July 6–10, July 13–17, July 20–24, and July 27–31. Hola Spanish Immersion Escuelita is a home-based business that offers a personalized and comfortable environment in a cozy, home-based setting, described as a warm, inviting space that fosters creativity and curiosity, with personalized lessons tailored to each child’s specific needs and learning pace and a focus on helping children develop strong Spanish language skills that will last a lifetime. The mission of Hola Spanish Immersion Escuelita is to help children become fluent in Spanish.
Hola Spanish Immersion Escuelita was founded by Roxana Palacios, a dedicated mom and fluent Spanish speaker from El Salvador who was born and raised there until the age of 16. Roxana offered private tutoring while in college and worked with children in Watts, a lower-income, high-density neighborhood in South Los Angeles, as part of the Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society program at her school. She taught her own daughter to speak Spanish fluently from a young age and brings native expertise as a fluent Spanish speaker from El Salvador. Hola works with children in the South Bay area, including students from Dual Immersion Programs.
