Team Esface Basketball Academy

Team Esface Basketball Academy offers youth basketball training that includes Hoop Camps, competitive teams, personal training, and basketball camps. The program also offers Transformation Training, Teams and Evaluations, and basketball competition, with a focus on developing mind, body, and skill through high-intensity training and high-energy coaching. Its development-focused curriculum emphasizes training to weaknesses, playing to strengths, and applying skills to competitive gameplay, with personalized feedback and thorough player evaluations, including a one-on-one Transformation Training program that runs for four weeks.

Founded in 2004 on the Peninsula, Team Esface Basketball Academy runs year-round as an award-winning basketball academy with professional coaches and a focus on building skills and confidence in high-caliber, high-character student athletes. The mission of the program is to build character and maximize athletic potential through high-level training, supportive community, and a culture that inspires growth, with a focus on holistic development while adding next-level basketball skills and life lessons learned through basketball training, camps, and competition. The program has community involvement through a partnership with SkillShark, a player evaluation app used for tryouts, camps, and showcases, and with Palms Down Mental Skills Training with Graham Betchart.
