ENCORE Volleyball Club offers practice, training, and competitive matchups against other club volleyball teams, along with upcoming camps and clinics. The program also includes Spring Camps, Elementary Summer Camps, and Middle School Summer Camps for athletes at different school levels.
• Ages: 11–18 years old
Since inception in 2012, ENCORE Volleyball Club has focused on club volleyball for players ranging from 11U to 18U and operates independently of school or recreational leagues. Its teams compete seasonally with the objective of securing prominent positions among Northern California and national rankings. The leadership team includes Co-Directors Torika Baleilekutu and Nile Minn, Director of Player & Team Development and College Recruiting Jen Agresti, and leadership staff member Katie Goldhahn. The club’s mission states that it strives to cultivate technically proficient athletes through specialized, skill-focused training in a team-oriented setting, emphasizing work ethic, a love for competition, and dedication to team values. ENCORE emphasizes mastering fundamental technical skills, teamwork, and cultivating positive personal habits, and seeks players who are committed to excelling both on the volleyball court and in their academic pursuits, with the aspiration of competing at the collegiate level. ENCORE’s administration staff assists families throughout every phase of the journey, including newcomers exploring the sport and seasoned athletes navigating the college recruitment process. LEMO, the broader organization that houses ENCORE, uses three primary teaching channels—sport, education, and community—and creates an environment for ENCORE athletes to play, learn, and grow beyond the court.
