GrowFit Sports Camps offer a wide range of activities for children, including basketball, soccer, bubble soccer, gaga ball, LEGO building, slime crafting, and engineering challenges. Campers can also enjoy table tennis, volleyball, indoor rock climbing, flag football, black light skating, scooters, art projects, science experiments, Inventors Camp challenges, water games, floor hockey, and dodgeball.

GrowFit Sports Camps were founded in 2010 by Russ Nuffer. The program's mission is to create a guided, safe space where children can learn, grow, and engage in sports and athletics with confidence. The staff is highly qualified, with credentials in child development, coaching, and certifications in CPR, First Aid & AED, concussion management, bully prevention, and Epi-pen administration.
