Bayshore Elite Gymnastics

Bayshore Elite Gymnastics offers a variety of activities including Recreational Gymnastics, Competitive Gymnastics, Adult Gymnastics, and Cheer Instruction. The program also provides Pre-School Gymnastics, Private Gymnastics Lessons, and a Jungle Gym for Preschoolers. Kids can join the Boys or Girls Gymnastics Teams, participate in the Coach in Training Program, or enjoy the Open Gym for Kids. Additionally, there is a Drop-in Monkey + Me: Listen and Move! class for parent participation.

• Schedule: Drop-in Monkey + Me: Listen and Move! parent participation classes on Saturdays from 8:00 - 8:45 am.

Bayshore Elite Gymnastics was founded by Erica Meitz and opened its doors in July of 2010 at the Roosevelt Plaza in Redwood City. The program has been voted Best of the Best by Bay Area Parent magazine for four straight years. Erica and her family, along with the athletes, parents, and staff, actively support local community and charitable organizations in Redwood City.
