Little's Athletics & Education Sports Programs offers sports skills programs, sports classes, private sports lessons, and a basketball improvement program with game play. The program also offers introductory sports classes for a variety of sports, Adventure Quest Camp: Local Explorers with hands-on quests, teamwork challenges, and outdoor science activities, as well as Movie Nights, birthday parties with optional science and art packages, and academic options such as Learning Club, tutoring, educational enrichment, after school enrichment programs, after school programs, and academic programs.

Adventure Quest Camp: Local Explorers is described as a February Break day camp for TK–4th graders who like to move, explore, and discover, and campers travel by van to local outdoor locations such as Stulsaft Creek, Foster City Bay Wetlands, Half Moon Bay, and nearby playgrounds. Movie Nights are described as a monthly evening with play time, dinner, and a movie for parents to get a night out. Birthday parties include supervised children’s sports and activity entertainment, with optional science and art packages.

Little's Athletics & Education Sports Programs states that its focus is on building confidence in young aspiring athletes and that it provides an environment where everyone feels safe and successful. The program also states that it provides skills-based sports and recreation education for younger children and for athletes who are ready to fine-tune their form, strategy, approach, and handling, along with educational enrichment through private tutoring and after school programs that lead students to explore their interests, build their skills, and develop as learners. The program describes that it offers children’s sports classes for all ages and abilities, as well as exploration of topics a child is interested in learning more about in an interactive and innovative learning session.

The leadership team includes Rob Little as Owner/Head Coach and Paige Carey as Director of Curriculum & Programming, and Paige Carey is also described as Curriculum Director and Business Manager. Rob has worked with children for over 25 years, starting with babysitting and lifeguarding in Maryland, where he built a business teaching swim lessons for children and adults, and he has played football, basketball, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, and track and field. He began coaching a championship-winning basketball team at age 18 and has continued coaching, later directing after-school programs on the peninsula, coaching children’s basketball teams, and running after-school sports lessons with children from pre-K to high school; he is currently attending Early Childhood Education classes at Cañada College. Paige has been an educator for 10 years, began with Galileo Learning, has taught K–4th grade at Synapse School in Menlo Park for 9 years, and now works there as a Learning Specialist supporting learners with varying learning differences. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marine Biology from the University of San Diego, a teaching credential and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Notre Dame de Namur University, has a Certificate in Early Education Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and is taking Early Childhood Education classes at Cañada College.
