Sensation Mixed Martial Arts offers training in Muay Lao, Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, fitness, mixed martial arts, and MMA. The gym includes a little kid area where children can hang out until an adult class is done.
