Spartan Combat Sports offers classes in MMA, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi Grappling, Wrestling Fundamentals, and Combat Sambo. The program also includes a kids class focused on mobility, coordination, and kickboxing basics, as well as personal training and one-on-one private sessions.

Head Coach David leads Spartan Combat Sports and has over 20 years of experience in combat sports. He is a Combat Sambo World Champion and a two-time Russian National Champion, and he has trained and coached at gyms such as American Kickboxing Academy (AKA) and Kaizen MMA. He has trained alongside Khabib Nurmagomedov, Daniel Cormier, Islam Makhachev, and Cain Velasquez. The program states its mission as “Become the Best Version of Yourself.” The free 45-minute kids class every Saturday at 10 AM is described by the program as its way of giving back to the community by helping kids stay active, confident, and connected through sports.
