Curious Explorers Academy

Curious Explorers Academy offers a play-based program that includes age-appropriate activities that prepare children for kindergarten. Children take part in teacher-guided activities and play that focus on early reading skills, number, shape, and color recognition, and STEM concepts. Through teacher and peer interactions, children explore learning in a fun, safe environment where they can play and learn at the same time.

Curious Explorers Academy was established in 2017 and operates as a preschool and TK after care program. The program follows a play-rich, developmentally appropriate educational approach that includes activities aimed at developing physical, cognitive, social, emotional, language, and self-help skills. Teachers encourage children to play while facilitating social development and critical thinking skills. The stated mission emphasizes spirited learning, growth, and development of preschool children in a child-centered environment, with a focus on autonomy, a sense of belonging, respect for others, and enthusiasm for exploration and learning. The program is led by Director Diana Alejo and holds License #073408947.
