I Flip Gymnastics offers a supportive and engaging environment for children to explore gymnastics. The program is located in Richmond, CA, and serves families from surrounding areas including El Cerrito, Albany, Berkeley, and Emeryville. The coaching team focuses on developing skills and instilling values of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance through a holistic approach that combines technical skill development with psychological support.
• Schedule: Mon - Fri 10:00 am – 8:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, Sunday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Founded in 2023, I Flip Gymnastics is led by a team of experienced professionals. Siavash, the CEO, has numerous first-place titles and is an All-Star gymnast. Lauren Dugas, the Acro Head Coach/Director, is a State, Regional, and National Champion with a scholarship in springboard diving at UC Davis. Kyle Ireland-Tran, the Boys Competitive Coach, holds a B.A. in Psychology with minors in Business and is certified in CPR and First-Aid by the Red Cross.
