I Flip Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes, teen gymnastics classes, and acro team tryouts, along with a competitive Trampoline and Tumbling team. The program also runs summer camps, no-school day camps, sports summer camps, Afterschool programs, and Parents’ Night Out events. Some staff members have experience in professional stunt double work, water skiing, springboard diving, and classical ballet and ballet classes.

Founded in 2023, I Flip Gymnastics states a mission of nurturing the next generation of athletes with a supportive, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can explore gymnastics, with coaching that focuses on discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and health and confidence. The leadership team includes Siavash E as CEO and Founder; Austin C as Recreational Director and Head of Recreational Gymnastics; Lauren D as Acro Head Coach / Director; Natali K as Coach; Haleigh S as Recreational / Team Coach; Riley P as Team Coach; and Kyle Ireland-Tran as Recreational / Team Coach and competitive boys' gymnastics team coach. I Flip Gymnastics highlights fun, active, and confidence-building summer camps for kids of all ages, structured classes that build confidence, coordination, and strength, a high-level competitive team program, No School Day and Summer Camps with aftercare, Parents’ Night Out events, and exclusive Afterschool programs for the 2026–2027 school year. The program describes an inclusive environment for all athletes, including experience with Special Needs children and children with different disabilities, holistic, athlete-centered coaching approaches, and the use of professional sign language interpreting experience to support inclusion.

Staff credentials include Siavash, who earned numerous first-place titles and recognition as an All-Star gymnast, with teams that frequently secured first place in competitions, including against Stanford at state championships. Natali Kasprowicz has 22 years of coaching experience, was an Elite Level 10 Rhythmic Gymnast for 8 years, a member of the USA Group National Team, trained at Olympic Training Centers in Lake Placid and Colorado Springs and in Gdańsk and Moscow with national teams, is a two-time Junior Olympian, and competed twice at Visa National Championships, and she has extensive experience working with Special Needs children and children with different disabilities in group and one-on-one settings. Austin has two decades of experience in gymnastics as an athlete and coach for recreational athletes and a competitive Trampoline and Tumbling team, and has managed two commercial gyms. Lauren Dugas has over 15 years of coaching experience, was a State, Regional, and National Champion acro athlete, has worked as a professional stunt double and water skier, received a springboard diving scholarship at UC Davis, and holds degrees in Psychology and Human Development plus additional degrees in Deaf Studies and American Sign Language Interpreting, with over 10 years of experience as a professional sign language interpreter. Kyle Ireland-Tran was a level 10 club gymnast, earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business from CSU, Chico, and holds CPR and First-Aid Certification from the Red Cross. The program notes competitive accolades for Siavash and Lauren, including Siavash’s All-Star recognition and multiple first-place team finishes and Lauren’s State, Regional, and National Champion acro titles.
