Riverside Children's Theatre PACE offers Saturday classes in acting, dance, vocal music, and supplemental enrichment. The program also includes a mandatory activity for the RCT program, with participation in productions optional and limited to students currently enrolled in PACE.
Programs
- PACE — Open for enrollment for all children in grades K through 8; opportunities for students in grades 9 and up to participate in Tech class · Classes meet most Saturdays (typically 13 class days from late August through March/April) from 8:50 a.m. to noon, at CBU; students receive instruction in acting, dance, vocal music and supplemental enrichment
- Acting/Drama Class — RCT students · Every Saturday; two full hours of acting instruction
- Dance Class — RCT students · Each week during Saturday School
- Music Class — RCT students · During Saturday School
- Tech Class — High school aged students; RCT alumni and other high school aged students · Meets weekly at Saturday school

About the provider
Riverside Children's Theatre has introduced thousands of children to theatre since 1957. It is described as the leading children's theatre in Riverside County, California, and has won awards from the Inland Theater League and the Press Enterprise. It is a volunteer-led organization with committees that help run PACE and its two annual productions.
Participation in productions is optional and limited to students currently enrolled in RCT PACE. All children who audition will receive a part in the production. Classes are for grades K through 8, with Tech class opportunities for grades 9 and up. Classes are broken up by Fall, Spring and mandatory Intersession blocks.
