KidStrong Rocklin is a kids' development center built around science-based training that focuses on strong bodies, strong minds, and strong character. The curriculum is built by experts and designed by child development experts to improve emotional, physical and mental skills. Classes are age-based, developmentally appropriate, and include activities that promote balance, coordination, strength, and agility. The curriculum focuses on three pillars—character, physical, and cognitive—and combines physical activity, cognitive development, and life skills. Puzzles, games, and mental challenges are used to support creativity, problem solving, and mental development, and fun, coach-led games are designed to build confidence and resilience.
Highly-trained coaches lead the classes, and parents join class on the floor with kids under 4 years old. Classes start and end with a KidStrong affirmation, and students practice a social greeting by shaking hands, making eye contact, and saying their name. Programming focuses on progression with ranking up, new responsibilities, and celebrating progress, and games are used to develop life skills like teamwork, mental toughness, and sportsmanship.
KidStrong locations collectively hold a 96% 5-star rating based on 46,802 Google reviews. Parent feedback from various KidStrong centers includes comments about kids looking forward to class, positive and encouraging coaches, structured programming, and observations about confidence, social interaction, and enjoyment of the activities.
