Elite Dance Studio offers instruction in tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop, and tumble, along with Children’s Ballet/Tap/Acro and Acro/tumble. The program also includes Tricks & Turns, Cheer, Song, choreography preparation classes, and support for competition solos, duets, and trios.

Elite Dance Studio was opened as an LLC by Dyan Lopez-Fiamengo in September of 2012 and was voted best new business of 2014. Dyan has been teaching dance throughout Los Angeles for over 45 years and has been working with students for over 45 years to get them ready for tryouts throughout the South Bay. She has a BA degree from California State University, Long Beach in Physical Education with a specialty in coaching men’s sports and minored in Theology at Colorado State University, after three years as a linguistics major studying Spanish, French, and Italian. Dyan retired from owning a dance studio in 2022 but continues working with small groups and individuals as a private coach and performing, including private lessons in jazz, tap, hip hop, and foundational tumble, and help with competition solos, duets, trios, and upgrading routines to a first place win. She has years of experience running high school competition teams and private competition teams, has judged for Aspire Dance Competition, LA’s Best, and Miss Drill Team USA, and offers help for students trying out for high school or college dance, song, or cheer teams.
