Dolphin Swim School offers swim lessons, Summer Mini Sessions, pool parties, and various aquatic classes and activities. The program includes private and semi-private lesson options and focuses on water safety skills such as floating, safe entries and exits, rollover breathing, and pool awareness. Pool parties include supervised time in the water and access to a large room to share food and gifts, with time allowed for setup and cleanup.

Dolphin Swim School was established in 1974 as a premier swim academy and has provided services to families throughout the greater Sacramento area for the past 45 years. The program offers year-round instruction in an indoor pool heated to 92 degrees, with crystal clear water and a stated focus on a positive learning environment. The leadership team includes Aquatics Director Stacey Magdaleno and Aquatics Assistant Manager Sammy Hudson.
The staff includes SSI Trained Instructors and professional, certified swim teachers, and the staff is SSI safety certified and continues education regularly. One leader identifies as an SSI Lifeguard Instructor, React Right Instructor, and Swim Teacher Instructor. The program follows internationally recognized training standards from Swim Schools International (SSI) and partners with Swim Schools International to deliver a comprehensive and modern water safety and swim curriculum.
Dolphin Swim School begins instruction with students as young as six months, and there are no age limits for swimmers who want to enhance their skills. The program offers year-round lessons for all ages and swimming abilities. Families can use a mobile application to enroll, check attendance, book parties, find class availability, report expected absences, and receive announcements via push notifications.
