What families say
“Attending the women’s class at King Krav Maga has been a real game-changer for me. I feel so much more confident that I can protect my personal safety. The overall physical conditioning activities have been great, I feel better and look better, too. Most importantly, the classes are really fun!” — Chris M.
“I started King Krav Maga at age 64 as a total beginner. I was unable to finish even a short run. Now, four years later, I’m still amazed at the benefits of combining exercise, cardio, and self-defense. I’m confident beyond doubt that I’m tougher and stronger than I’ve ever been! I have now done twenty 5k runs, two 10k, and one half-marathon. It’s never too late if you get the right encouragement.” — Robert M.
“Our family has been a part of King Krav Maga for many years now. They have been a part of the Kid Tuff Program. They are like family to us. Our girls have learned so many skills including Krav Maga, Self Confidence, and self-respect. This experience has been a very important part of their growing up.” — Tonya D.
