About
Kops N Kids Summer Camp is a community-based week-long summer day camp where campers take part in sports clinics and activities focused on gang resistance, violence prevention, gun avoidance, and drug deterrence. Campers can participate in Basketball, Bikes, Dance & Cheer, Football, Soccer, Tennis, Volleyball, Cadets, and a Family Festival Day.

Kops N Kids Summer Camp has been operating under the theme “Empowering Youth Together Since 1986.” The camp is led by trained law enforcement, fire, and education professionals. The Kops-N-Kids organization has partnered with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, local fire departments, educators, and community volunteers, including the Sacramento Police Department, Sacramento County Probation Department, Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, Sacramento City Fire Department, Sacramento Metro Fire Department, Rancho Cordova Police Department, Elk Grove Police Department, and Roseville Police Department.
