NorCal Premier Soccer offers a wide range of soccer activities, including ECNL Regional League, National 1 League, National Premier League, Youth Premier Leagues, Super Rec Play Dates, and multiple cup events such as State Cup, League Cup, and California Cup. The program also includes futsal, college-focused events like a College Showcase and Spring College Showcase, and PDP teams participating in international tournaments such as The Hakodate Cup and The Gothia Cup. NorCal Premier Soccer additionally runs educational events and courses such as a Coaching Symposium, La Liga Formation Methodology Course, Advanced Assistant Training, Club Development Webinars, USSF Referee Assignor Courses, an Entry Level Referee Course, and a Spanish Language Coaching Course.

The Summer Coaching Series is presented by former FC Barcelona Youth Technical Director Albert Puig, who holds a UEFA Pro License and has over 30 years in elite youth and professional football. Nasser Larguet is described as a leading architect of modern player development systems who played a key role in transforming Morocco’s youth pathway and contributing to the nation’s recent international success. The leadership and staff team includes roles such as Director of Operations, Director of Competitions, Admin & HR Manager, Finance Manager, Technical Programs Manager, Technical Programs Coordinator, Marketing Manager, Operations Coordinator, Club Membership Coordinator, Club Services Manager, Communications Manager, State Referee Coordinator, PAD Chairperson, PAD Administrator, league and cup coordinators, an Event Manager/U9-U13 State Cup lead, and a Grassroots Development Manager.
NorCal Premier Soccer reports that its board members, presidents, executive directors, and directors of operations traveled to England for a seven-day NorCal Board Member Educational Trip focused on best practices in community club operations.
