Sacramento Raiders Youth Football & Cheer offers youth football and cheer, along with football and cheer skills camps, football and cheer skills and drill camps, and a spring/summer work out camp. The program includes a 2025 Football & Cheer Skills & Drill Camp and a 2025 Football & Cheer Camp, as well as an official season that begins in 2025.
• Ages: 5–14 years old
• Schedule: 2025 Football & Cheer Skills & Drill Camp runs from June 3, 2025, through June 26, 2025, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 8pm; 2025 Football & Cheer Camp starts June 3, 2025, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 8pm; the first day of the official season is Tuesday, July 1, 2025, from 6pm to 8pm
• Price: 2025 Football & Cheer Skills & Drill Camp is free; 2025 Football & Cheer Camp is free to all; Early Bird Special (ends 5/31/25) is $225 for football and $325 for cheer; starting 6/1/25 the cost is $275 for football and $385 for cheer
Sacramento Raiders Youth Football & Cheer has been in existence since 1990 and is celebrating 35 years of youth service, with over 200 children from the ages of 5 to 14 participating in youth football and cheerleading. The program’s goal is to continue to provide a football and cheer program that is a safe learning environment that’s supervised by excellent volunteer coaches who are focused on helping children achieve in education, discipline, self-esteem, dedication and good sportsmanship, as well as playing organized sports. The Sacramento Raiders are under the Norcal Youth Football and Cheer Conference, which is under the umbrella of the national program American Youth Football. The coaching staff is volunteer-based, and the leadership team includes Coach Curty Clark as a coach. The program describes itself as committed to the community and encourages adults to join the Board of Directors or one of its committees to give back to the community and be part of making a difference for the youth.
