Charles Gracie Academy San Bruno Jiu-Jitsu Programs

Charles Gracie Academy San Bruno Jiu-Jitsu Programs offers kids Jiu-Jitsu classes and adult Jiu-Jitsu classes. The kids classes are listed for ages 4-6, 7-9, and 10-15, and the program schedule notes that students can pick class days and alternate days each week. Classes are with GI unless specified on the schedule, and self-defense training is taught during the regular Jiu-Jitsu classes.

Programs

• Kids Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 4-6) — 4-6 · Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat · Fun, safe Jiu-Jitsu classes. Builds confidence, coordination, self-defense skills, motor skills, balance, focus, listening, self-esteem, discipline, and teamwork. Duration 30 mins.
• Kids Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 7-9) — 7-9 · Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat · Empowering kids with confidence, discipline, and Jiu-Jitsu skills.
• Kids Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 10-15) — 10-15 · Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu · Develop advanced Jiu-Jitsu skills, confidence, and leadership for life on and off the mat.
• Adult Jiu-Jitsu — 19 · Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat · Train Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, supportive environment for all experience levels.

About the provider

The program mission is to help build confidence, improve fitness, and develop life skills that extend far beyond the mat. The facility hours are Monday through Thursday from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm, Friday closed, Saturday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm, and Sunday closed.
