Dancel's Academy of Tae Kwon Do

Dancel's Academy of Tae Kwon Do offers a Tae-Ni-Tots program, a Kids program, an Adult program, a Kali program, a Kali-Fit program, and DATKD Birthday Parties. Classes and activities at the academy include hi-energy drills, hand-eye coordination work, listening skills, self-defense, cardiopulmonary conditioning, flexibility training, weaponry, grappling, kicking, empty-hand combat, and team games.

The Tae-Ni-Tots program starts at ages 3 and up and, according to the academy, benefits youngsters in every aspect of their life, including key elements that help in developing self-confidence, perseverance, and a winning attitude. The Kids program includes hi-energy drills, hand-eye coordination, and listening skills, and is described as being designed to build and condition each child's attitude, behavior, and overall character development. The Adult program includes self-defense, increased strength, cardiopulmonary conditioning, and flexibility training. The Kali program, available for all ages, is described as an indigenous Filipino martial art that includes weaponry, grappling, kicking, and empty-hand combat, and the Kali-Fit program combines a high energy, toning, and cardio regimen with Kali. DATKD Birthday Parties are described as being filled with safe Tae Kwon Do action and exciting team games.
