Peninsula Gymnastics Programs

Peninsula Gymnastics Programs offers gymnastics, tumbling, acrobatics, circus acts, choreography, and arts & crafts. Camp activities include gymnastics, acrobatics, tumbling, circus acts, choreography, and arts & crafts, with gymnastics camps available for developmental and team gymnasts. A Free Trial Class is available for new students, and all gymnastics and tumbling programs are invited to participate in in-house competitions and annual shows.

• Ages: 2–18 years old
• Schedule: Weekly evaluations are held on Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 pm.

Peninsula Gymnastics was founded in 1995 by Mikhail Margulis, Anna Margulis, and Mark Kachko, and Courtney Johnson joined the team in 1999 to later take ownership of the San Mateo facility. The organization has been teaching children for over 20 years. The program’s community states that it strives to create healthy lifestyles in youth through the sport of gymnastics. Peninsula Gymnastics is an official member of the USA Gymnastics Club.

Professional, USA Gymnastics coaches are CPR certified, first-aid trained, and are carefully screened through background checks. Camps for children with or without gymnastics experience are under the management of coaches who are members of the USA Gymnastics Federation, circus performers, and choreographers. Summer Camp is offered for children 4 and up with half and full day options available. A waiver is required for evaluations.

Peninsula Gymnastics provides gymnastics services for the City of Burlingame Recreation Department, City of Foster City Recreation Department, City of San Mateo Recreation Department, City of San Carlos Recreation Department, Peninsula Jewish Community Center, All Our Friends Montessori, St. Ambrose, Sea Breeze School, and Ocean Grove Charter School.
