Vision Parkour Gym offers parkour classes where athletes learn to safely jump, land, climb, vault, and flip over real obstacles. The program includes trial classes, Parent and Me sessions, Private Lessons, Masked Parkour sessions, onsite after school classes for North Star Academy students, summer camps, and birthday parties. In these activities, participants develop balance, confidence, strength, flexibility, and problem solving skills in a fun way.
• Ages: 6–18 years old
• Schedule: Class options Monday–Saturday in the afternoon and early evening, with most classes running for 1 hour; trial classes for ages 6–9 are offered on Tuesdays from 3:45–4:45pm
• Price: Trial class $45; 1-Day plan $170/month, with additional days available for $60/month
Plans are month to month with no commitment and auto-renew monthly on the day of sign-up. Trial classes cost $45, and each child may attend one trial class, which expires in one year. Parent and Me sessions allow parents and children to move and learn parkour together. In Private Lessons, beginner and advanced athletes work directly with a coach on the movements of their choice. Masked Parkour sessions require participants, coaches, and parents to wear masks in the gym during that time. Vision Parkour Gym states that it is a welcoming place for all people. The mission of Vision Parkour Gym is to bring the benefits of parkour to the San Francisco Peninsula through fun and fitness, confidence, and community. The program also offers onsite after school parkour classes specifically for North Star Academy students.
