San Carlos AYSO - Region 107 offers youth soccer activities that include U4 Playground (3yr olds), Winter & Spring Leagues, a Spring Academy, Soccerama, Hometown Days Indoor Tournament, Thanksgiving Indoor Tournament, the Tri-City Thanksgiving Invitational Indoor Soccer Tournament, and AYSO Night with the Earthquakes. The Tri-City Thanksgiving Invitational Indoor Soccer Tournament is described as fast paced, with lots of running, and creates a great community atmosphere, with very little coaching required for kids to have a lot of fun. Soccerama is a celebration of newer players with over 1,000 4U, 5U, 6U, 7U and 8U boys and girls, including a parade, music, team introductions, and individual team runs to victory.

In the Tri-City Thanksgiving Invitational Indoor Soccer Tournament, a minimum of four players is needed to register a team, all divisions have boys and girls teams, and all players receive a commemorative pin. For this tournament, parents not trained to coach can run a team because each tournament location has AYSO trained personnel on site, and the coach is expected to communicate with tournament staff, supervise players at the gym, substitute players to even out playing time, cheer for the team, and have fun. In this tournament, 10U, 12U and 14U age groups are competitive with playoffs and trophies awarded to age group winners at the conclusion of the tournament on Sunday, while 8U is played on a non-competitive, friendly basis. For Soccerama, families are told to bring face paint, colored hair spray, a team banner, pizza, and a smile. AYSO Night with the Earthquakes involves cheering on the MLS home team, the San Jose Earthquakes, and AYSO also appears at Hometown Days with an AYSO at Hometown Days booth.
AYSO came to San Carlos in 1974, and the San Carlos Region was chartered under the National Organization in 1976. In 1991, San Carlos AYSO had over 1,000 children in the program for the first time. The stated mission is providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives. The Regional Commissioner is Jessica Flores.
