Sora International Preschool includes daily Japanese and English circle time in the morning and afternoon, along with inside work time and small table lessons. Children take part in social, language, math, reading, and fine motor skills through creative and interactive activities, as well as fun and creative art activities, art and music activities, and outside play. The program includes music, singing, movement, rhythm, beat awareness, and playing instruments, and also includes nap or rest time.

Activities at Sora International Preschool include reinforcing self-help skills, developing fine motor skills, and enhancing social skills with peers and adults. Children are introduced to basic counting, printing, writing, and recognizing numerals, and attempt to spell and read simple words, including in both Japanese and English. The preschool program at the San Carlos campus is described as a Japanese–English bilingual preschool with a curriculum based on various educational methods, including Montessori, Froebel, and Reggio, and all students must be fully potty trained.
