Art Bias was originally established in 1993 as The Art Center of Redwood City. Art Bias’ mission is to be an inclusive community where diverse artists have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive and create positive community impact. Art Bias provides 51 artist studios, professional development resources and events, classes, exhibition opportunities, teaching opportunities, and a community of artists amplifying art’s positive impact on society.
