About
ArtReach Youth Art Programs offers hands-on art projects where kids paint, sculpt, print, collage, and experiment with new techniques. Each week offers a unique focus, and campers explore projects inspired by contemporary artists, playful themes, and creative discovery. Programs are inspired by relevant, contemporary visual arts practices and encourage self-expression and creativity for all skill levels.
• Ages: 6–11 years old
• Schedule: From June 1 through July 31, with six-week After-School Art Classes
• Price: Summer Camp Week 4 (June 22–26) and Week 5 (June 29–3) are 10% off with code: CAMP10
After-School Art Classes are led by practicing artists and are designed to cultivate creative confidence, social-emotional growth, and technical skill. ArtReach ignites youth creativity through visual arts expression and community connection. ArtReach Youth Art Programs was voted Best Art Classes for Kids in San Diego Magazine’s Best of 2025. Collaborative youth-driven murals at schools and community sites are created alongside a professional mural artist, and Studio Program workshops connect local artists with the public through free and low-cost hands-on art experiences for kids, teens, and families. Programs are hosted in a Hillcrest community space, and Studio Program workshops are free and low-cost.
