Grow Smart Children's Academy offers a toddler program and a preschool program that follow an academic curriculum with a focus on kindergarten readiness. The program includes age-appropriate activities geared towards success and emphasizes language acquisition, social skills, compassionate behavior, and positive self-esteem. Children attend in a safe, loving, and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, with meals provided, including breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

Grow Smart Children's Academy offers full-time and part-time program options. Fully qualified teachers lead the program. The first childcare center connected with this program was established in 1979 in the San Carlos area. The program states a belief in an early childhood educational program that promotes and prioritizes the optimal growth of the whole child through an age-appropriate learning curriculum that considers physical, social-emotional, and cognitive development while concentrating on the uniqueness of each child. Financial assistance is available through CDA, PCG, Child Care Aware of America, and more.
