The stated mission of i9 Sports Youth Sports Leagues, Camps & Clinics is to help kids succeed in life through sports by providing a youth sports experience unlike any other and teaching the importance of good sportsmanship on the field and in life. The program focuses on high-quality, community-based youth sports programs and emphasizes making sports fun for kids and convenient for busy families. Programs are optimized for developmental milestones at each age group.

Across all age groups, the program integrates one of nine sportsmanship values into practice and game play each week: Respect, Positivity, Teamwork, Humility, Enthusiasm, Determination, Integrity, Inclusion, and Leadership. Players who demonstrate good sportsmanship are recognized with an i9 Sports Excellence in Sportsmanship medal. Youth soccer leagues are offered for kids ages 3–14, and beginner-friendly youth basketball leagues are offered for kids ages 5–14. Beginner-friendly youth flag football leagues frequently run year-round and are available nationwide. Nike Kids Camps powered by i9 Sports are for campers ages 5–12, with age groups broken out for age-appropriate skills.

i9 Sports is the nation’s largest multi-sport provider focused solely on high-quality, community-based youth sports programs. i9 Sports is proud to support the Aspen Institute’s national Project Play initiative and has been selected as a Project Play Champion for taking meaningful actions to encourage multi-sport sampling and help grow national youth sports participation rates.
