Parisi Speed School of San Diego Youth Training Programs offers structured youth training that includes the Jump Start Program (with Jump Start 1 and Jump Start 2), the Total Performance Program, the Elite Athlete Program, the PEAK training program, and a 12-Week HS Off-Season Football Program. Across these programs, athletes take part in speed training, strength training, Olympic lifting techniques, linear speed training, change of direction training, agility drills, plyometrics, bilateral and unilateral strength training, power training, and speed, power and agility testing that includes jump tests and strength benchmarks. A Performance Evaluation is also available, which uses pro-level speed, power and agility testing with laser timing, jump tests, agility drills, and age- and skill-level-appropriate strength benchmarks, and includes 2 free speed or strength sessions.

The Parisi Youth Training System (PYTS) is a proprietary methodology with a history of success of more than 20 years and is described as having proven results for youth from age 7 to 18 and beyond. The Jump Start Program utilizes up-to-date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation and has been proven to enhance coordination, sprint mechanics (acceleration, max speed velocity, and multi-directional speed), body weight strength and introduction to strength, first step quickness, flexibility, injury resilience, and self confidence. Total Performance (for ages 12–14) and the Elite Athlete Program (for ages 14–18) use up-to-date research on safe athletic training techniques and injury reduction, with programming broken down into individual session focuses on Linear Speed, Change of Direction, and Strength, and have been proven to improve speed, increase total body strength, increase endurance, improve flexibility, build mental toughness, and improve self-confidence.

The PEAK training program is created for elite athletes who aspire to compete at the highest levels and can be added to Jump Start and Total Performance programming or stand on its own. PEAK has an intense focus on specific strength and speed training techniques centered around an athlete’s individual needs, recovery, nutrition and regeneration, utilizes advanced training methodologies and tools, and has been proven to help athletes run their fastest sprint time ever, increase vertical jump, break their all-time max lift, and maximize agility. The 12-Week HS Off-Season Football Program is small-group training tailored for incoming freshmen and high-school-aged football athletes and focuses on complete player optimization across linear acceleration, deceleration and stop mechanics, multi-directional speed mechanics, max velocity/top-end speed development, integrated plyometrics, and bilateral and unilateral strength and power training.

The football program uses cutting-edge technology tools like Vald, Ohm Run, and Output to measure and improve speed and power, integrates Train Heroic software to track progress, and uses VALD Timing Gates for accuracy in speed testing, along with a strength program that identifies and corrects range-of-motion or movement-pattern deficiencies for injury mitigation. The Parisi Youth Training System can be executed within the training facility and at home and includes a Parisi Standard of Safety & Cleanliness, signature speed and strength training methods, and a fun and friendly environment that is described as designed with the athlete in mind and focused on building the athletic foundation. Certified Parisi Performance Coaches are specifically trained to motivate and challenge young athletes while providing age-level safe and appropriate training techniques and corrections, and they use cutting-edge coaching techniques. PEAK athletes are assigned to a specific Certified Parisi Performance Coach who monitors progress and plans progression programming specific to the athlete and his or her progress.
