San Diego Mommy and Me is a modernized “mommy and me” group that offers a 7-week supportive and educational group series for new moms and their babies. The group is guided by licensed therapists specializing in maternal mental health and is grounded in shared experience, real talk, real tools, and real support for modern motherhood. Former group members refer to San Diego Mommy and Me as an absolutely essential postpartum experience.

San Diego Mommy and Me was created and is led by licensed therapists specializing in maternal mental health. Founder and facilitator Renata Cameron is a mom of two and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Group facilitator Reilley Valenzona is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in maternal mental health, a mom of two, and a former San Diego Mommy and Me group alum. The leadership team has also served as former board volunteers with the San Diego Postpartum Health Alliance.
