Shark Swim Lessons offers private and semi-private swimming lessons that include water safety, stroke development and improvement, Jr. Lifeguard and swim team preparation, zero impact fitness, and cardio and strength training. The program offers lessons in a quiet, peaceful, warm, and clean pool, and lessons can take place in the program’s pool or in a family’s own pool. Beginner swimmers are welcomed, and the program offers lessons to all ages, including adults.
