The Hoop Warehouse

The Hoop Warehouse offers club basketball teams and high-quality training programs that include workout sessions, skills sessions, and skill development stations. Players take part in activities such as advanced ball handling, situational shooting, spot up shooting, off the dribble shooting, triple threat shooting, and shooting off screens. Training also covers beginner fundamentals, ball handling, scoring, defense, decision making, footwork, footwork coordination, lateral movement, speed and agility, plyometrics, strength training, speed training, vertical jump training, and 1 on 1 training tailored to individual need and skill level, with a focus on detail in 1 on 1 training. The program offers competitive teams from as young as the 3rd grade and as old as the 12th grade, and families can book a free trial session.
