The Hoop Warehouse

The Hoop Warehouse offers workout sessions and skills sessions that include skill development stations, advanced ball handling, and situational shooting such as spot up, off the dribble, from triple threat, and off screens. Players take part in activities that work on footwork coordination, lateral movement, speed and agility, plyometrics, beginner fundamentals, ball handling, scoring, defense, decision making, and 1 on 1 play. The program also includes strength and speed/agility training that targets vertical jump, speed, lateral movement, and strength.

• Schedule: Seasonal programs offered in Fall (September–December), Winter (January–March), Spring (April–June), and Summer (June–August)

The Hoop Warehouse is described as a full-service basketball organization with highly competitive club basketball teams and high-quality training programs for the basketball community. It is a player first basketball program that is tailored to individual need and skill level, with a stated focus on detail. The program offers competitive teams from as young as 3rd grade through 12th grade and allows families to book a free trial session.
