Crusaders Soccer Club

Crusaders Soccer Club offers Summer Camps, a Fall Recreational Season, Recreational Soccer, and Private Training Sessions. The program also includes competitive opportunities through the SOCAL Soccer League, the USYS National League, and a Spain Showcase.

• Ages: 3–17 years old

With more than 50 years serving San Diego’s East County communities, Crusaders Soccer Club is described as the original East County soccer club and notes more than five decades of excellence. The club states a mission of using the game of soccer to develop life skills in youth, aiming at every practice and game to advance player performance and form leaders on and off the field. The program highlights alignment to four core values: Respect, Integrity, Honesty, and Accountability, and notes that there is a program for every boy and girl ages 3 to 17, including College Prep Program opportunities. Under the direction of a nationally respected and award-winning coach, Victor Melendez serves as Director of Coaching, and Coach Victor Melendez holds an A license with the US Soccer Federation and a Brazilian A goalkeeping license. The club also uses the phrase “Developing Leaders One Goal at a Time” to describe its focus.
