JR Seals Summer Camp offers fundamental skills instruction for new lacrosse players and those already experienced in competitive lacrosse. The program includes skill development training for the boys’ game and skill development training for the girls’ game.
• Ages: 5–15 years old
• Schedule: All camps run from 9:00am to 1:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch provided

JR Seals Summer Camp focuses on the growth of all levels of players in the box and outdoor game. Each camper receives lunch on both days of camp, a sublimated reversible pinnie, and four complimentary tickets to the Seals 2026/2027 Season Opener. Players are in grades K–10th, and players must be registered by May 15th to guarantee jersey size. An athletic trainer is on site during camp. The stated mission is that each and every camper will learn essentials in how to win and lose, how to respect teammates and coaches, and the importance of having fun. Camp requirements include a lacrosse stick; lacrosse gloves, a certified lacrosse or hockey helmet with a full mask, and shoulder pads and elbow pads for the boys’ camp; goggles for the girls’ camp; cleats and running shoes; shorts, T-shirt, joggers, hoodies; snacks; a water bottle; and sunscreen and a hat.
