Authentic White Tiger Kung Fu offers martial arts classes and virtual martial arts classes that include self-defense, meditations, forms, cardio, strength training, and flexibility. Students can train in Hand Forms, Weapons Forms, Meditation, Tai Chi, Wing Chun, Herbal Knowledge, and Fitness. In-person and virtual martial arts classes are taught at the same time, and students can train in person one day and virtually the next.
• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Adult classes are available seven days a week, with in-person and online options held in the evenings Monday through Friday and late mornings on weekends (Pacific Time).
White Tiger Kung Fu offers full class schedules for kids and adults, with Kung Fu classes for every skill level. Kids follow a curriculum tailored for different developmental levels and are placed in Tiger Tots, Young Dragons, or the Youth Black Sash Program based on skill and areas for improvement. The program includes introductory martial arts classes for kids and adults with one-on-one time with black-sash instructors, and there is an offer of two weeks of free martial arts classes.
Highly trained instructors teach the in-person and virtual classes at the same time, and black-sash instructors provide one-on-one intro classes. White Tiger’s highly trained instructors are described as experts at creating a fun, safe, and highly effective learning environment for everyone in the class. Visitors are welcome to stop by when classes are not going on.
