AYSO Region 112 Youth Soccer Programs offers youth soccer programs that follow the mission of providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives. The program includes options such as AYSO Core, AYSO Extra, AYSO Extra - Vipers FC, AYSO Playground and Schoolyard, AYSO EPIC, AYSO WiKi, and the AYSO PLAY! program. Families can also find information through the Return to Play Guidance microsite and events such as the Great Western Shootout and the AYSO 2023 National Games at the Great Park in Orange County held July 24–30, 2023.
Region 112 was chartered in 1976. The mission statement for AYSO Region 112 is “Providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives.” The leadership team includes Jason Krane as Regional Referee Administrator, Ray Ortiz as Assistant Referee Administrator, and Adam Phipps as both Director of Referee Instruction and Director of Referee Assessment. AYSO Region 112 is part of broader AYSO community involvement efforts, including partnerships such as AYSO Partners with BEEUP Snacks, Chicago Public Schools Partnership with AYSO, AYSO United + AYSO EPIC - Rancho Conejo, and the partnership between the American Youth Soccer Organization and Northland Sports Alliance to expand soccer programming in Kansas City. The organization notes a Stack Leadership Award recognizing Michael Karon, President of AYSO, for his impact in the world of sports volunteering.
