About

TEL HI Youth & Teen Programs are part of TEL HI Neighborhood Center, also known as Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center (TEL HI). The program is connected to TEL HI’s Early Childhood Education options for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, as well as Summer Camps for elementary school aged kids and After School Programs for students in kindergarten through 12th grade. TEL HI also offers Senior Programs and services for the aging community, bringing people of different ages, cultures, and backgrounds together in one community setting, and provides a broad range of programs and services in a safe, stable “home away from home.”

• Ages: 0–18 years old

TEL HI has been a trusted anchor in San Francisco for more than a century and is celebrating its 136th anniversary. Its services build skills and self-worth, provide stability, and empower individuals of all ages to thrive and succeed in life. TEL HI partners with Mission Bay Elementary School to operate the after-school program at the new Mission Bay Elementary School. TEL HI also partners with Ben & Jerry’s for its 15th Annual Free Cone Day and has issued a response to the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) strike. TEL HI’s centers and programs will be closed on Friday, July 03, 2026, in observance of Independence Day.
