About the provider
Istituto Italiano Scuola (IIS) in San Francisco was founded in 1998. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Italian language and culture in Northern California and beyond through special events, workshops, and Italian language courses. All courses are taught by instructors who are native Italian speakers and hold degrees from Italian universities.
Classes and events are held in the school in North Beach. For Tune and Tale, classes are open to children ages 2 to 10. For children under 6, the parent or caregiver is expected to actively attend and participate. Lessons are held via Zoom or in person in the school for private lessons. A 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy applies to private lessons.
