ETC offers adaptive whitewater adventures for youth from under-resourced backgrounds and people with disabilities, and it has a Youth LEAD Program (YLP) where participants build leadership skills and learn about environmental justice and stewardship. Gracie and Posie lead the Sea Kayak program, and Aimee Good is the Executive Director. Liliana “Lili” Beleche is a participant in the ETC Youth LEAD Program.
