Huada Chinese Academy offers Chinese language classes, Chinese culture education, and an art class. The program provides Chinese classes designed for students from preschool to high school and offers three tracks of Chinese language courses, including a traditional Chinese school program from pre K to 8th grade, a special Chinese language program for students who have been in a Chinese immersion program or who are older than elementary school age, and an AP Chinese exam preparation program.

Huada Chinese Academy has been servicing San Francisco students for over 15 years, and its materials include China's Ji Nan University's Chinese textbook series and the San Francisco Unified School District's adopted Mei Zhou Chinese textbook series. All classes are staffed by professional and experienced teachers, including experienced teachers from San Francisco Unified School District's public schools, specialized teachers and elementary teachers from mainland China, and renowned art teachers. The academy is the only private Chinese school in the San Francisco Bay Area that employs fully digital administration for student information and grade report management, parent communication, and WeChat-based communication, and it is described as the only Chinese school in the San Francisco Bay Area using comprehensive online electronic management for student attendance, grades, and records and the only Chinese school in the Bay Area that uses a WeChat public account for school-parent communication. Huada Chinese Academy's elementary graduation certificate and middle school graduation certificate meet the requirements of California's Seal of Biliteracy and Seal of Foreign language program, and these certificates can qualify students for California's Seal of Biliteracy and Seal of Foreign language program, which can lead to University of California foreign language credit and potential waiver of foreign language requirement, and recognition by over a hundred companies in California for salary and career advancement. One graduate, as published in Singtao Daily, stated in Chinese that graduating from Huada Chinese school is a symbol of success, and another graduate, as written in Singtao Daily, stated that "graduating from Huada is a symbol of privilege and status. If you enter Huada, you are already a winner in life."
