Maker Studio Kidz

Maker Studio Kidz offers hands-on activities that include sewing, crafting, art, building, and textile arts. Kids take part in specific projects such as Forest Creature Builds using clay, cork, and felt, Mini Campsite Engineering, Weather Science Experiments, Lego-themed projects, and Makers Art. The program also includes hand-sewing and machine sewing, simple sewing projects, and chances to design, stitch, and create wearable and decorative projects, along with painting, creative crafting, and activities that combine STEAM and STEM themes like redesigning Tinkertown in Space, building imaginative alien habitats, engineering eco-friendly mini theme parks, and experimenting with futuristic greenhouse designs.

• Schedule: Options include 1.5-hour Sewing Circle sessions on Fridays from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, 2-hour Makerz Club – Tiny Worlds & Big Ideas classes on Thursdays from 12 PM to 2 PM, and 5-day camps such as Sew-Cool, Makerz Mission to Marz, and Makerz Olympian Odyssey running 9 AM to 3 PM during school breaks

Maker Studio Kidz runs camps, parties, and school programs and offers summer, school break, and single-day camps throughout the year, along with drop-in and semester-long programs. The program also offers Mini Makerz Night Out, birthday parties and celebrations in-studio and off-site, venue rentals, and monthly drop-in adult events, as well as the option to create custom parties or corporate outings.
