Pacific Wushu offers instruction in modern Chinese martial arts, including Contemporary Wushu, Tai Ji Quan, Bagua, San Shou, and Tai Chi. The program also offers fitness kickboxing, children's Wushu classes, and martial arts demonstrations, with group classes and private lessons for all ages and levels of experience. During COVID-19 Shelter-In-Place, Pacific Wushu introduced virtual classes, Tai Chi, fitness kickboxing, and children's Wushu classes.

Pacific Wushu has been helping its students achieve their best in the martial arts for over 20 years. World class instructors Phillip Wong and Zhang Hong Mei teach a full curriculum that includes Contemporary Wushu, Tai Ji Quan, Bagua, and San Shou. The school began with its first location at Finnish Hall in Berkeley, California, and later expanded to include classes at Stanford University and a second school site in the Mission-Bernal Heights district in San Francisco, California. In 2013, the San Francisco school was relocated to a more accessible location in the West Portal neighborhood. Pacific Wushu is described as an open and welcoming school with expert and knowledgeable Chinese martial art masters, and is described as one of the Bay Area's best for hands-on, in-depth instruction in modern Chinese martial arts.
