• Price: Half-day sessions are $795 per session and full-day sessions are $1,495 per session; prices include PGA instruction, range/practice balls, gift merchandise, green fees for course play/practice, Launch Monitor & Video analysis, a $75 driving range credit for future use, and lunch for full-day camps.

The Junior Golf Program is open to beginner and intermediate junior golfers ages 6 to 17, with half-day camps for ages 6–11 and full-day camps for ages 9 and up, and the average student-to-instructor ratio is 5:1. Camps are led by PGA Teaching Professionals Morgan Wright, Dan Schwabe, Dede Braun-Moriarty, and Deven DeLuca, all PGA Class “A” professionals, with Tim Walsh serving as PGA General Manager. The broader leadership team includes staff in teaching, private event sales and marketing, tournament coordination, golf operations, public relations, and corporate communications. Presidio Junior Golf Camps have been conducted each summer since 1996.

The program strongly recommends that campers bring their own clubs because it is difficult for the camp to provide clubs to a large number of campers, but if a junior does not have clubs, the camp will provide a set and recommends the U.S. Kids brand for junior sets, noting that it is important for young golfers to have clubs that are not too long or too heavy. Payment is due five weeks before each session, cancellations made less than four weeks in advance are not refunded, and there are no make-ups or credits for missed days; some sessions may be subject to change or cancellation if a minimum of five attendees is not met. The course that hosts the program also serves the community with programs and pro-caliber instruction tailored to youth, high school and college teams, active-duty military and veterans, and the largest women’s golf club in Northern California.
