About
Richmond District YMCA Summer Camp Programs include activities such as excursions, arts and crafts, camp songs, active games, engaging art projects, and building friendships. Depending on the camp week, activities can also include exploring San Francisco’s green space, looking for bugs, building a campfire, constructing a shelter, navigating the wilderness by compass and map, animal-themed crafts, fitness camp with bodyweight and dumbbell workouts, science experiments, basic robotics, tinkering with technology, under-the-sea themed crafts, a pirate’s treasure hunt, cooking camp with competition-style cooking, building instruments, performing for fellow campers, listening to, dancing to, and creating music of all kinds, and themed activities such as casting a spell of fun, learning tricks, and creating mystical artwork.
