San Francisco Ballet School

San Francisco Ballet School offers ballet and pre-ballet classes, along with dance and performing arts experiences. Students take part in ballet classes, pre-ballet classes, and Spring Festival performances presented by the school.

• Schedule: Ballet classes for ages 9–13 run June 15–August 6; pre-ballet classes for ages 2–8 run June 16–August 1

San Francisco Ballet School states that it trains the next generation of artists from pre-ballet to company-ready and welcomes dancers of all ages to discover the joy of movement. The school’s Spring Festival will return to the War Memorial Opera House for two nights of performances. San Francisco Ballet is described as a creative force on the move, touring worldwide to share daring performances and stories that transcend borders.
