South of Market Child Care, Inc. About the provider

SOMACC was founded in 1970. It provides quality early education and free comprehensive family support services in safe and nurturing environments and serves children and families of the South of Market neighborhood and surrounding communities. SOMA FRC provides parenting workshops, case management, community events, and more, and Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) participation is strongly encouraged.

Provides a limited number of need-based scholarships to currently enrolled families. Tuition assistance is determined by the family's financial situation and the availability of funds from annual fund development activities. Scholarship families are expected to maintain a high profile in the school and serve as role models for other families in leadership and involvement.
