NCTC Conservatory

NCTC Conservatory offers classes and sessions such as Conservatory Open House 2026, Teen Acting Lab, Youth Musical Theatre, High School Acting Lab, Youth Acting Lab, Teen Musical Theatre, High School Performance Ensemble, Costume Crafts, Teen Acting Ensemble, Youth Acting Ensemble, and Stage Makeup for Teens. Activities include improv games, singing, improvisation, collaborative scene creation, parody work using Bad Dracula, designing wearable pieces with fabric, foam sheets, recycled materials, yarn, and paper crafts, creating a 20-minute mini-play, and learning stage makeup.

• Conservatory Open House 2026 — Grades 3-8 · One-day Open House. Students play improv games, sing, and explore creativity in a playful, supportive space. Runs Sep 26, 2026.
• Teen Acting Lab — Grades 6-8 · Weekly class focused on improvisation, collaborative scene creation, and an Open Studio Presentation on the final day. Runs Oct 17 - Dec 12, 2026.
• Youth Musical Theatre — Grades 3-5
• High School Acting Lab — Grades 9-12 · Advanced class led by Education Director Stephanie Temple. Students work on parody using Bad Dracula. Runs Oct 17 - Dec 12, 2026.
• Youth Acting Lab — Grades 3-5
• Teen Musical Theatre — Grades 6-8
• High School Performance Ensemble — Grades 9-12
• Costume Crafts — Grades 3-5 · Hands-on workshop where creative kids design wearable pieces using fabric, foam sheets, recycled materials, yarn, and paper crafts. Runs Jan 23 - Mar 6, 2027.
• Teen Acting Ensemble — Grades 6-9 · Hands-on acting class where teen performers collaborate on a 20-minute mini-play with a final performance on a professional stage. Runs Jan 23 - Mar 20, 2027.
• Youth Acting Ensemble — Grades 3-5 · Immersive class where students create a performance on a professional stage for family and friends. Runs Jan 23 - Mar 20, 2027.
• Stage Makeup for Teens — Grades 6-9 · Hands-on class teaching the fundamentals of stage makeup and a range of theatrical looks. All makeup and supplies are included. Runs Jan 23 - Mar 6, 2027.
