Parent and student feedback includes comments that the Web Design class teaches coding using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and is personalized to fit the needs and interests of the student. One parent reports that their son is learning p5 JavaScript, receives progress reports, and is learning to think like a computer scientist. Students describe JavaScript coding classes where they explore basics, create games, and learn concepts such as shapes and arrays, and one student notes that they are glad to be learning coding. Another parent shares that their son has been learning Game Design and Web Development for a year, has learned JavaScript concepts like arrays, functions, and drawings, and has been making websites using HTML/CSS to showcase his projects. Other students say that Game Design is a good way to start coding with little experience, that class programs are thoroughly explained with creative projects for homework, and that going outside the box is encouraged. A parent notes that their daughter has been taking web design class for a year, enjoys learning about web designing, and that Shilpa is a patient teacher from whom their daughter has learned a lot.
