About
USA Shaolin Kungfu Zen Academy offers Shaolin Kungfu and Zen training that includes fist forms, traditional hand forms, traditional weapon forms, and overall Kungfu training. Students can also take part in Taichi and Qigong, self-defense, kids Kungfu classes, lion dance classes, martial arts seminars, and Kungfu birthday parties. Training covers Shaolin Kungfu fundamentals such as basic Kung Fu stances, kicks, fighting techniques, and Dong Yue Taiji Quan.

USA Shaolin Kungfu Zen Academy has been serving the community for 19 years and has been established since 2006. The academy describes having a stable team of teachers, regular class times, a comprehensive teaching system, and a rich and flexible curriculum, with teaching tailored to age and aptitude. General classes are divided into nine levels and sixteen steps following the Shaolin Kungfu Zen teaching principles, and there is a Kids Kung Fu program for children between four and seven years old that focuses on concentration, focus, flexibility, and agility. The academy offers a Taichi and Qigong program for fitness and health needs, with an objective described as maintaining the body, controlling breathing, and adjusting the mind to achieve mental and physical well-being and longevity. USA Shaolin Kung Fu Zen teaches students of all ages from 4 years old to senior citizens and states that it will take any precaution necessary for safety and provide a solid teaching staff.
The 2026 SKZ Kungfu Enrichment Summer Camp is listed among the academy’s offerings, along with fun team activities and structured training and a healthy and active screen-free summer.
